Where Winds Meet — Outfits Guide

Outfits in Where Winds Meet

Where Winds Meet is a 100% cosmetic game: outfits give no combat advantage. They affect your appearance and, indirectly, your Elegance Collection progress.

Cosmetic types

The game offers many cosmetic slots (full outfits, hairstyles, accessories, mounts, weapon skins, ability effects). Body Outfits replace the entire outfit appearance.

How to get an outfit?

  1. "Appearances" shop — direct purchase with Echo Beads (~60 to ~2,580 Beads depending on rarity). No RNG: you get exactly what you pay for.
  2. Banners (gacha) — pulls on Celestial Echo (premium) or Solemn Echo (free) for random cosmetics.
  3. Harmonic Cores — an exchange currency earned by pulling (2 Cores = 1 targeted cosmetic): the way to aim for a specific piece.

Legendary outfits

Legendary outfits are the most prestigious (and the most expensive). Pity guarantees a random legendary at the 150th pull — not necessarily the one you want. For a specific outfit, the cost can climb very high.

Estimate the cost of an outfit

Before pulling, use the Outfit Cost Calculator: it distinguishes "specific outfit" from "random legendary" and shows the cost from lucky to unlucky.
